This 1920s period home with updated floor plan has good bedroom separation and would well suit an older or growing family. Many will like the layout and feel to the rear open plan area. There are thoughtful touches such as the day bed, and the fanned-out base of the stair area works well. The first floor is hard to fault, however though the bedrooms are a good size they currently have no robing, so this needs to be factored in. The position is very good if you like this area - close to many good schools and to Tooronga Village, and having Anderson Park on your doorstep is another huge plus. Concerns for some could be the lack of covered car-parking, a 'weak' facade and the smallish backyard. That said, family homes in this area and in this street in particular are tightly held - and we would expect good competition for this one.
