Plans have been approved for a second storey extension which includes two extra bedrooms and an ensuite, combined with some alteration to the living areas. Current renovation is serviceable although the low ceiling to the kitchen and the bathrooms position is not ideal. Connection to the paved court is good and with a little TLC this area could become a real feature. The property may appeal to couples without children downsizers or the investor, as the property is currently leased on a month to month tenancy for $750 per week. Position is excellent as you are central to High Street and Malvern Roads and you have a choice of the tram, bus or train into the CBD.
