Comments on 11 Salisbury Grove HAWTHORN

A good property this one, which should attract strong buyer interest at the right price point. Being a High Victorian, the façade is a classic one and the position is very convenient - walking distance to MLC  and also Glenferrie Road action, and the street is a leafy, quiet one (arguably the best in this precinct). Although the floor plan is practical and it flows well, some buyers may have concerns over the limited size of the rear open plan area and the lack of storage generally - could easily address this of course with a rear extension. The shared driveway will also be point of contention - getting in and out could prove inconvenient for some yet this situation is fairly common in this area and having a secure car space off the street these days is becoming more important to buyers.
