"Grand old lady which unfortunately is missing her skirt. Land size on paper is good but block is irregular and property really does lack meanigful private open space area. Floor plan flow is not greatm but that is not uncommon for a house of this type - may not suit perfectly a modern family. Walking distance to most things good in Camberwell - that is a big plus here. "
