Sensational location that has been getting some very strong prices of late due to a combination of overseas and local demand.

This home has some real plusses in the facade, land size, street frontage and a real compromise when you look at the slope and the renovation required to bring this up to scratch. 

It's hard for me to see the connection between indoor living and outdoor without steps and there-in for me lies the big question for a buyer.

Rated as needing a serious renovation.
