"Not much not to like about this property.  A well renovated family home and very flexible floorplan for example the huge bedroom upstairs which adjoins a retreat could easily be used as a giant rumpus/playroom.Top quality fittings and fixtures throughout. Lack of downstairs bedroom and bathroom, could be seen as an issue for some. You may expect a butler's pantry to be standard in this calibre home.  But that's being picky. The rear of the property overlooks a park and tennis courts. You even have a  gate out the back leading onto the park. Stunning!  "
