This single storey period house may appeal to small families or those scaling down looking for a convenient poistion. It is well positioned on a convenient corner block and the interior layout is pretty efficient. The kitchen/family area is expansive although a little dark - could this be improved? There is no garage but two cars can potentially be parked on the premises albeit not undercover and not together. The land for this property is located at the front and side with a courtyard off the family room at the back.  May not appeal to those with young children as you will be  unable to watch them playing from the kitchen/family room.  Flats on the northern boundary are not ideal, but are separated from the property by a right of way.   Position is a real key here.  Situated on the corner of Valetta & Irving Streets, Glenferrie shops are short stroll down Valetta Street with easy access to trams and the station.
