"If you want a family home in Elwood, this is a good one and caters for a larger family with four bedrooms upstairs and the main down and this is Addison Street - one of Elwood's best. The flow and floorplan gives you many options . Two good sized living areas and a kitchen with decent walk in pantry. The fish tank splash back is a real feature. I was disappointed with the ceiling heights upstairs, but this could be due to Council restrictions. Downstairs overall has a fantastic feel and the mediterranean theme has been carried through to the rear garden with pool and spa. Unfortunately no under cover housing for cars, but still off street parking for two, and pretty much everything a family could need."
