"  Overall good sized land for what it is with a floor plan that is big on living areas - need to be smart with furniture placement. Bedrooms are all upstairs so not ideal for older buyers. Road does carry traffic and a bus - so not a quiet street. Walking distance to Church shops a real plus.  "
