Comments on 102 Fordham Avenue CAMBERWELL

Renovated 30’s home which retains period features whilst incorporating an open plan addition in a popular location for young families. Many will like this house. It has a nice feel internally, front period rooms are good and the open plan living/dining transitions easily to the large and private yard, which is key plus for the property. The kitchen is lacking is size and craves more natural light, maybe a skylight could be added or basic changes made. Concerns for some may be the lack of undercover parking and Fordham does carry local traffic at speed, so backing out at times could be problematic. The location is desirable being opposite a park, close to train and trams, cafes, Middle Camberwell and Hartwell Village shops plus Leo’s and all the parkland and bike paths that surround. This is not competing with much at this price point, so we would think this will have very solid competition at the quoted level.
