"Good family home with a Were Street address.  South facing rear; this will affect light/warmth to the rear living area, though there are large westerly windows to help with this.  Three living areas in total.  The children's wing, whilst on the same level as the main bedroom is well separated.  The main bedroom is huge with a large walk in robe and ensuite.  No bedroom/bathroom combination downstairs.   Ceiling heights could be higher.  A void over dining area helps with this in the formal area.  Kitchen is well located to rear living area and cleverly accessed to the dining room as well.  Three car garage a bonus with access through to the back yard.  Colours both internally and externally could be improved over time, but overall a good family floor plan in a great street/location."
