"Older style block that has limited character and there are a few stairs to climb to get to this apartment - but when you get there you will find a better than average (size and layout) apartment for the money being asked. The key is the living areas - they are spacious, have good natural light and are separate from the bedrooms which is almost in its own wing. 2 smaller car spaces - not secure but near apartment mean that for a younger /fitter person/couple this may be one to consider. Is it over or under $1m?"
