"Rated it as requiring either a major reno or bulldoze. Possible freeway noise although I could not hear any when I went through and south facing rear are the negatives. Two street frontages and if you like it then a shell to work with are its positives. Its a land value only proposition but a good build could sustain the capitalisation."
