Great opportunity to build new here. Rosedale is one of the better streets in this popular 'Hill and Dale' Glen iris precinct - it is leafy and the block sizes are a generous size. Main plus to this property is hill position (house sits nice and proud from the street) yet the main concern is the southern rear aspect - any new design would need to factor this in, as rear areas will be dark (particularly in winter). A recent sale at No.2 (in the street) shows what can be done and what could be achieved in terms of resale. Rated for Land Only.
