A family friendly house with a good feel. Floor plan works quite well. Backyard is nice and private. South facing rear is a concern, yet the way light is brought in via the north facing windows to the first floor is clever. Being a cul-de-sac limits traffic flow and close proximity to Burke Road tram and M1 freeway could make this in theory a convenient position for many.
