Comments on 10 Malmsbury Street KEW

A truly lovely home over a single level. Has a wonderful floor plan and excellent car accomodation,  The gardens were enchanting, and although this has a south facing rear light is brought in quite well due to the generous property width.. One concern from a buyer's perspective is the street - not one of Kew's best and over the road is not residential - therefore future development risks and potential noise issues are question marks here.
