BUYER TESTIMONIAL

You equipped us with knowledge that gave us confidence in the decisions we had to make in the emotional and stressful environment of selling our home and purchasing a new one. You put much thought into developing strategies and your negotiating skills, under pressure, were outstanding. Your calm disposition was employed to our advantage while being reassuring to us. And you were always willing to "go the extra mile for us"...

Adam 's Comments on 10 Malmsbury Street, KEW
"A truly lovely home over a single level. Has a wonderful floor plan and excellent car accomodation,  The gardens were enchanting, and although this has a south facing rear light is brought in quite well due to the generous property width.. One concern from a buyer's perspective is the street - not one of Kew's best and over the road is not residential - therefore future development risks and potential noise issues are question marks here."

James Tostevin (Marshall White) was impressive but it seemed he was preaching to the converted. Mr Tostevin offered a vendor bid of $3,700,000 to kick-start things. This was...

Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
