There are new homes being built nearby, but with the competition to buy into the school zone, it could be a 50/50 bet as to whether this will be purchased as a new home site or retained as a family home. Updating is always an option, but a full renovation could be tricky unless the pool is sacrificed in order to square off the back of the home and increase the living space.
