We have rated this property as land only and no physical characteristics of the home have been taken into account. The block size is average for the area and south-facing to the rear, but the right architect will be able to overcome any negative light issues to the main living spaces. Parkland is very close by, and rail transport is not too far away, although probably a drive rather than a walk. There are new homes being built nearby, but with the competition to buy into the school zone, it could be a 50/50 bet as to whether this will be purchased as a new home site or retained as a family home. Updating is always an option, but a full renovation could be tricky unless the pool is sacrificed in order to square off the back of the home and increase the living space.
