"Hard to fault the package at 10 Anderson St if you are a family. It starts with the "Colonial" Victorian façade and continues all the way through to the modern renovation that I can best describe as Scandinavian without saying Ikea (as they may sound a bit cheap). Lets get picky - no downstairs bedroom and the floor plan is not cutting edge so if you are a minimalist couple probably not - but after that I can't see which family wouldn't like this. Great street (lots of similar high quality homes) and you can almost swim to MSAC (pool). You can jog to the beach (Kerferd Road). Close to tram, the Bridport and Clarendon St shops and on a balmy night why not a wine and a stroll into the city. The home itself lends to easy indoor/outdoor entertaining and plenty of living spaces and a great courtyard. Off street parking for a few (that's gold in this area). Upstairs the 4 bedrooms have a master ensuite and additional kids bathroom. Anthony Grimwade is an experienced agent and the price may well remain a mystery till the ink has dried but that shouldn't stop you seriously thinking about this home. One of the best of its kind or for that matter any kind in the Albert Park area."
