The home offers flexibility depending on your needs and also has scope/room to value add. While the home is a true 2 bedroom with built in robes it holds the flexibility to convert the bedroom/study area into a true third bedroom with robes. There may also be scope to add an ensuite to the Master Bedroom due to the width of the block (STCA).

A couple of concerns:
• Bathroom number to house type; majority of people expect to see an ensuite
• Euro laundry (not uncommon for a home like this)
• No undercover car parking; again not uncommon for a home like this
• Living room may be tricky to furnish around a TV; perhaps it could be mounted above the fire place?
• Rear outdoor area is small for those with children
