"Looks Ok from the street - Funny entrance blocks off flow - North rear a plus - Smaller offering not really suitable for larger families - more smaller ones who want period - It's a compact 3/4 home, but its actually not all that bad when you really sit down and examine it - yes a bit small for some but it has a reasonable feel in the rooms although the overall flow is a bit disjointed - House feels split in the middle, lacks some connection, but that may be a little harsh - No carport - Opposite the park a plus. Unusually for downsizers this may work although position to say Maling Road not ideal with Canterbury Road in between.
