A bloody little ripper were my thoughts as I walked this brilliantly located in need of a reno home. Its all about the feel, about the emotion and this home has plenty of it - oodles in fact. All on one level and quirky with a capital Q. It's nice to see something different - something with atmosphere that gives us all a rest from the bland. Sure for those that want minimalist perfection this is not for you but the study, the indoor/outdoor, the garden, the entrance are all aspects of this home are such they you will know you are alive if you live here. This is a happy home and for a couple or a small family not in desperate need of all the mod cons or who are prepared to renovate sympathetically this will get your juices flowing. Would be most surprised is this is not a volcano of an auction under the guidance of Greg Costello.

A solid original home with a lovely feel, and this continues through into the tranquil backyard. Street is a good one - being a wide cul-de-sac there is little traffic and close proximity to the beach is another key plus. The floor plan does lack some informality (or openness) at the rear, yet some may like the intimacy of this. This should attract good interest.
