"This is a great transformation from an average looking home to a real WOW property. I like the use of the lighter colour floorboards, and the home has a very warm feel about it. In other parts of Bentleigh this would be a million dollar plus home. Still rated well, but a bigger block, allowing a larger back yard, would have bumped it up."
