This impressive new build offers good floor plan flexibility, particularly on levels one and two. This flexibility will best suit families with older children rather than the very young. As parents of very young children, may find the master bedrooms isolation to the rest of the bedrooms a concern. Room sizes overall are good, in particular the bathrooms and laundry. Given the number of bedrooms you would expect a lot of people living in this property and whilst it is well appointed the kitchen lacks bench and storage space. A nice bonus is the double garage which gives you direct access to the property. What is a concern is the very heavy traffic levels carried on Pickles Street as it is used to access the city and West Gate Freeways. Bay Street is a short walk away with all its shops and cafes and the beach even closer still. You will need to consider your public transport options carefully if you have school aged children as public transport is not great. Some local school options  are available although most schools are some distance away.
